Litime battery fail
The customer support number linked me with support in China. She was nice & spoke English well.
But told me she only handled complaints from Amazon purchases.
She advised me she would contact the online web purchases & they would email. I have yet to receive an email & was charged by my provider for an international long distance all.

Can not find a phone number to talk to a person about a purchase I want to make.
Have a customer service number that has a living person that you can ask questions to about a purchase you want to make.

Issues with li time 12 volt
Customer is service terrible. Cant reach anyone on the phone.
Started a online chat, but only get responses in the middle of the night.
I am stuck with 3 12 volt batteries that have cant connect in a series. It might be able to be resolved if their customer service was adequate.

Before my purchase, the chat line responded very well. After purchase, they ignored me in the chat line, the email to service, and you can't get thru on the phone.
They sent me a 2000W inverter with a severely damaged remote panel and they won't engage me in conversation about it.
I have no remedy to make this problem go away.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

*** Customer Service.
I purchased 2 batteries. I made the mistake of using the wrong credit card and needed to either cancel the order or update the CC info.
Little did I know that I'd have to speak to someone from the other side of the world to do that. They are on PST, I'm on CST, which is really no biggie till you realize that your not talking to someone till 7 PM.
The chat option was a joke, calling the phone number associated with the company on their website gets you nowhere as it dosent exist. Glad I found PissedConsumer.
